If only 0-stars were possible. The service is great till you leave the dealership. I bought a brand new 2019 Nissan X-Trail 2.5 Teckna and after 10 months it broke. They took longer than they told us to get the car fixed (2 days to fit a new fuel pump) and repeatedly told us that it was gonna be ready and soon after called to say it was gonna take longer, when we got the car back it was still having the same issue. A day later when we took it back they said it was something else, which was not covered under warranty. I paid for the replacement part, but 3 months later have still not received the old and so called broken part after I requested it, when the car got repaired. They said they're going to send the part to Nissan SA for a diagnosis, yet still haven't even told me what was wrong with it. After a regular service the car is not ready or comes back dirty. You are much better spending extra money somewhere else, where you can get better service and peace of mind.
