Communication to service my vehicle
After reporting the matter that they didn't assist with a service and I lost a days leave due to bad Communication they didn't even made an effort to apologise It clearly indicates customer care is not considered as a priority at nissan

Booked a service Informed them of service plan Vehicle returned informing me they do not deal with my service plan Never communicated this when vehicle booked Lost a day's leave and time and vehicle not serviced
