No proper Car History

I bought a pre-owned car renault captur 2017 silver with black top at Nissan Springs last year September which is about 10 month now. The problem started when the car shows its true colours that were not disclosed to me when I buy it. This car keeps cracking the black top everytime I drive it, I went for an opinion from professional penalbeaters they told me that I should send back the car because it's very risky and I won't drive it for more than two years. My worry is that I travel with this car everyday with family and I have truama now because I went to dealer and they told me there's a Grey area where they said I might pumb the car somewhere therefore I must provide report of course my insurance did provide the report that I did not claim but they said I might sent it to my friends to fix it which is clear that this is something happened prior to my purchase. They themselves even bought the silver arch that shows the incident. The professional penalbeaters showed me an area in the angen that this has been fixed before and this issue stuck is in my mind. I am super disappointed at Nissan Springs, What can I do in this matter any advice?
