Nissan Penta not repairing cars as agreed per contract

Please advice, I feel I am not responsible for the costs as requested below.

I have discussed this with the car dealer and got no results from them, That's why I am requesting further assistance.

The diagnostic check done on 30/09/2019 and again on the 07/01/2020 shows that some of the faults picked up in the first report appears on the second report as well.

Of which comes to my convulsion that the repairs on the vehicle were not executed at all , all this could be a direct result to the gear-box sensor failure.

Please assist
