Vehicle Sold Under False Pretenses

On the 11th of September I purchased a used vehicle from Nissan Parow. The vehicle was sold to me under the impression that the balance of the factory warranty is in place- I have this in writing. Three days later I visited Ford and was told that the vehicle does in fact not have a warranty in place as the previous owner serviced his vehicle late. Nissan Parow have been providing me with empty promises that they will resolve the issue and have the warranty reinstated. This has been going on for more than a week. There are also other issues with the vehicle that I have encountered.<br> <br> I have reached the point where I would like to return the vehicle however Nissan Parow does not wish to make this easy for me.<br> <br> Nissan needs to provide customers with better service. More stringent checks need to be put in place before selling a vehicle. This is hurting the Nissan brand and I personally will not buy another vehicle from Nissan as vehicles are sold based on incorrect information and the after sales service is an unpleasant experience. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Nissan South Africa to Nissan Parow by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
