Bought a car before lockdown. On the day of collection the car has one key manual and I was not informed about that. When ask dealer they said they got the car like that but he gonna sort it out. I then wanted to speak to the manager few days later spoke with him said he is going to investigate 5he matter . Went to their offices again later. He told me I spoked with his the person assisted me to buy a car and he said he explained to me. I was my word against theirs . Sent the manager email telling him how disappointed am I. He never rep**** not even a phone call. So disappointed because to them I am a lier and they are taking his side.
