Sale of unregistrable car by Morgan Nissan Northcliff

I bought a car from Morgan Nissan Northcliff back in September 2020. The sale of this said car was finalised on the 10th of September 2020 and I took possession of the car that very same day: 1. The understanding between myself and the dealership was that all the documents pertaining to the ownership, transfer of ownership, registration and applying for license disc will follow shortly.

2.The understanding also included that I would have to do the car registration and application of the license disc on this side of town as per the eNatis system requirement.

3. The Dealership was to courier me the bids end panel the soon they received it from the manufacturer.

4. The car came with no floormats or the boot cover. When I inquired about them the Dealership decided to ignore the inquiry until this day.

Two months and one day later the car has not been issued with a new license disc because of outstanding information from the dealership. None of the above-mentioned understandings have been met so far. And the Dealership has failed to provide and positive feedback on all the matters mentioned. Inquiries are met with 'The manager will make a decision on the matter'. It's been two full months now and they have long received their purchase price while they have failed to hold their end on this car sale.
