No customer Service and frankly Nissan do not care if the Customer walks.
I have seen this before on Hello Peter... cant give no stars so 1 it is. Brand New Nissan Qashqai , upon 14,000kms car loses power up a hill, clutch smelling badly. Taken to Nissan. Next day car was driven when cold and no smell. So I was told no issues. Then I told them to open it up and check - not sure why Myself as the customer had to suggest this... it was not done and all was said to be fine. on 40,000ks now and the cars clutch has given in. its been taken out after a week and I have been told by the manufacturer, and customer services that this is just driving style. not interested in the facts. assessing reports that were meant to be done at the dealership with parts in front of the assessor were done online with some pictures. However I paid a lot to get my third party independent report done the right way, there at the dealership. Long story short. in my 25 yrs of driving I have never, ever, had a clutch burn out on me, and especially not in a car with only 40,000 on the clock. And no nothing from Nissan... Oh no...sorry - Just driving style! never again after this is all sorted will I go to Nissan. Never.
