Poor service

I recieved poor service at nissan bb group mokopane. When l bougth a new Reanult triber 2021. The first time l drove to Pretoria via N1 the whole time without hearing anything which the insurance assessor said l would have heard when l called after my aircon stopped working in Pretoria so rigth after my aircon stopped working l went to Reanult garage in Wonderboom and they gave me a quotation of + - R19 000 and said that isn't included with my warranty because it is a third party claim and told me l had to claim it from my insurance because it was a stone that hitted the condenser. I contacted the salesman at bb group mokopane who sold me the car he told me to bring car back and that they are going to send my car to polokwane bb group. He called me and said that the warranty wil not pay to fix the condenser and the salesman also told me when he brought my car to mokopane he knew my car was fine because he droved it from Heidelberg which is funny because there weren't any Kilometres on the car and no one told me they were going to drive the car all the way. l though the car would come on truck. The manager of nissan bb group mokopane went so far and told me l don't have money to fix my car and now l want to blame them. In the beginning they said l must claim from my insurance they wil pay the co-payment and i must pay the rest of the quotation. I even left my car at nissan bb group mokopane then they told me if l don't come and take my car they will charge me R200 for storage money per day it's now been almost 1 year and nothing happen
