BOUGHT A CAR WITH DEAD BATTERY

I had a great experience with my car purchase. The consultant was very friendly but only to find out I was sold a car with a dead battery. Just two hours after receiving the car I was with my family and there the car couldn't start. Thank God there was a guy who assisted us and we could continue with our journey. I went back to the car garage to report the matter the following day but they told me the car has never had such kind of problems and I was told such can't be true. This problem continued everytime till I decided to take it to Midas and that's when it was confirmed that the battery is dead. The dealership still refused to replace it even with proof till I bought a new car battery. I've heard that they have a problem with selling defective cars but I never thought this would happen to me. Anyway I've also fallen a victim in that case.
