Wrong Diagnostic

The engine light of our Nissan Pathfinder 2007 went on. So we took the car to Nissan, they did a diagnostic and said it was two sensors that's giving the problem. So we had to replaced them (worth R8000). When we got the car back the engine light was still on. So we phoned Nissan and told them the light went on again so they said we have to bring the car in again. They bypassed the sensors (that we just paid for) and said that something else is giving a problem but they dont know what. So we asked that why did they put in new sensors if they knew it wasn't the sensors that was giving problem. At the end they didn't give us an awnser and said that they won't refund us. I was really dissapointed to get such bad service from Nissan.

First they diagnose the car and don't know what the real problem is. Why replace something that is not broken?

Also when we got the car back it was full of oil marks inside. I was furious about getting the car back not fixed and also oil prints inside the car.

We called Nissan about this situation and they just say they can't help.
