Finance Department

Hi Guys

Here is my case, want to purchase a car cash from Dubai for my parents in South Africa. Nissan Almyra. Money has been transfered to from Citibank in DXB to Nissan Menlyn Account. Money is not showing in account as they need to contact the bank to provide reason for the foreign deposit. I have tried to speak to the Lady in Accounts. She refuses to speak to me on the phone. I heard her say to the salesman that she knows nothing is not interested in helping. Now dont get me wrong. I dont have money laying around put it doesnt feel great being 200K out of hand with nothing to show for it. In fact it feels like i have been ******.

Let this be a warning to anybody that has to deal with Menlyn Nissan Finance department.
