Car Radio Pin

I have been struggling to get my car radio pin for a long time. Since i got the car i had to keep calling, emailing and following up to even get the service books and car manual. On the day i received the books which was after 3 month of receiving the car i realised that the carp radio pin is not written i requested it till today i am struggling with my car radio and keep being told to move form pillar to post. I do not have money to pay for the service which was suppose to be done immediately after i got the car. I just need the pin that all i ask for an for me going to Menlyn can only be on the weekend which they are open for the day.
