Worst car dealer ever!

This is one of the worst car dealers we have ever dealt with.

We run a charity that provides disadvantaged youth with bursaries for secondary education. We bought a second hand vehicle to use for the charity work. The vehicle only had 80 000 km on the clock and cost approximately R350 000.

After only having the vehicle for 3 weeks, and hardly using it, the gear-box started playing up. We took it into Hyundai (it was a Hyundai) and they took it in to have a look at it. Shortly after this Hyundai contacted us and said the vehicle needed a completely new gearbox which would come from Korea and the car would take 3 months to fix.

We notified Nissan Melrose (specifically Michael, the branch manager), and asked for assistance in providing a loan vehicle so we could continue carrying out the charity work the vehicle was purchased for. Michael refused to assist us and simply washed his hands of the situation.

We are now scrambling to sort out a vehicle for our charity work. Michael and his team are *********** and don't care about the customer, only the sale.
