Unhappy Customer

I bought a Datsun Go 1.2 Mid on the 24th of May 2019. The car was delivered to me on the 26th of May 2019. I live in Port Elizabeth. Up till today I have not recieved any progress on the issue of registration and licensing of the car. Part of the package was that they will sort out. Uptill now k have been sent to pillar to post with no positive feedback on the progress of this issue. Every time I call the branch I get one excuse after another. It will a month now since I bought the car and it still doesn't have a disc or plates. How long does is ideally take to get these sorted when the dealership is "assisting you?" I am very concerned because everytime I call I get the same response that they haven't received them. All this is very fustrating.
