Spares department

Pathetic service, they mess their systems up and expect you to pay for it. I ordered 2 parts for my bakkie, received an quote and paid for it, when the parts arrived I was given only 1, and when I go back to collect the other I have been told I need to pay almost double the price more because they messed the codes up on the system and so the prices are wrong how is that my problem I was given a quote and I paid. Spare parts salesmen Marcus doesn't even come back to me (basically wrote me off) said he will speak to his boss to rectify and that was on 22/02/22. I only have 1/2 my parts that I paid for.
