Nissan Melrose Licensing Refund

I have purchased a vehicle from Nissan Melrose in Feb. I have paid the licensing and registration fee as part of the sales agreement. The dealer requested me to do the licensing myself as I stay in Mpumalanga and they will refund me. Once I have received the documentation and the Covid lockdown allowed access to the Licensing Office I did it as requested. I have subsequently submitted the document and followed up twice without any response from the dealer
