Melrose Nission - unprofesionalism continues

Received a quote from Melrose Nissan for a service plan as my 3 year/90,000 km service plan was due to expire end of March 2020. I thought this was strange as I had purchased a five-year "motor plan" from Warranty Solutions (a very professional and competent outfit). Patience Lubhede from Melrose Nissan requested me to send proof of payment once I had chosen the service plan period. Warranty Solutions advised me accordingly: "Your Maintenance Plan will expire on the 16/03/2022 or 90 000kms, whichever occurs first.

The Maintenance Plan will then cover the remaining service costs and maintenance related items when the original 3yr/90 000kms Nissan Service Plan expires." Nice try Melrose Nissan - I expect nothing less from Melrose Nissan - underhand 2nd hand car dealers
