********** ALERT - MELROSE NISSAN

We contacted Nissan Melrose on the 14th July 2020, and spoke to a guy by the name of Aslam Cassim, who is a sale representative of the branch. We contacted him advising him that we wanted two new vehicles and he advised us of what vehicles he had at his dealerships and what he could obtain for us from another dealership. We then decided on a NP*** model and a Polo TSi. From then to date we have still not received the aforementioned vehicles and false promises on several occasions was made that the vehicles will be delivered to us. Just yesterday something new transpired in that accordingly to the dealership, the sales rep. Aslam Cassim is now deceased and the manager of the dealership, Darryl advised us that they have no knowledge of the deal with the polo and the deal with the Nissan van was still pending and not even finalized. Even after advising the manager of what transpired, there still was no interest in assisting us with our queries and concerns. It is rather astonishing how a potential new client is treated and how blase' the dealership is pretending to be. Please be weary of this dealership, their lies and their pathetic customer service. It is rather convenient when we threatened to go public then all of a sudden, the dealership has no knowledge of the deal, the rates promised nor could they even provide any assistance and the sales rep. is now deceased. Absolutely pathetic and ********** service!!!!!!!!
