Bad Experience-Could have ****ed me

<p>I collected my Nissan Qasqai (around Sept2016) from the dealer after the 105 000 km service. My front brake pads were replaced. I heard sounds from the front drivers side wheel when parking it in the garage that night.</p> <p>I do not know what made me check the wheel just in case before my wife would take the car to work the next morning only to find in Horror that only 2 of the 5 wheel nuts were replaced.</p> <p>It was not even on opposite sides to each other which made it even more dangerous.</p> <p>Luckily my way home from the dealership is only about 10km innercity driving at about 5:30pm which means heavy traffic and that I did not exceed around 40km/hr driving.</p> <p>The next morning, I took 1 wheel nut from my other 2 wheels to have at least 4 wheel nuts in the 3 tires to safely get back to the dealer for them to rectify the problem and give me an explanation.</p> <p>All they did was look worried, replaced the wheel nuts and apologised.</p> <p>I feel that totally in-appropriate as if I were to take the car on the highway in that condition, I could have lost my life and no-one would have even known the reason.</p> <p>This could happen to anyone else in the future and some have probably already lost their live due to this type of negligence.</p> <p>I am very horrified, shaken up and disturbed that this incident actually happened.</p> <p>I will now also call Nissan Head Office to report it.</p>
