Disappointed client front Nissan in Parow

Good day

I bought a second hand vehicle from Nissan in August this year...not the first time buying from them.This could be the 12th vehicle that we bought from them.There was some dents and scratches on the vehicle. We decided to the vehicle just like that.But due to us buying so much vehicles from them ,they decided to full up.the tank with diesel and pay us out R2500 for the dents and scratches. I've been up and down to Nissan and sending messages to the dealer,every week informing them that nothing has been payed in to date.
