Still waiting for spare keys

<p>I purchased a car from BB Nissan Gezina Nov 2014. It is now almost two years and I still do not have my spare keys for my car. They keep promising they will send them, but to date have still not supp**** them. Very very poor service. Contact Nissan and they tell you it is not their problem as it is not a Nissan car, I purchased a Renault Sandero from them.</p>
