Selling the wrong vehicle

<p>I bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata 2.4 GLS Executive A/T from Nissan Gezina in June this year, there was no problem with the vehicle except for its fuel consumption. I then decided to trade in the vehicle as driving it is not financially good for, to my surprise the dealer I tried to trade in the vehicle informed that that I do not drive the Executive but I have the premium, my deal was cancelled and left with feeling like ****, I then contacted the DP from Nissan Gezina left numerous messages and no one getting back to me. I decided to go there and speak to him in person, as he was busy we made an appointment so that I can see him on a Saturday. As we discussed the issue he informed me that it was a small mistake and it would get fixed as there is only a R 6000.00 deference in the vehicle, to me it is not a small mistake as on the OTP and the contract that went to the bank it clearly states that i bought a Executive, the last correspondence i have from his is the 24/10/2016 and nothing till now </p>
