Selling of second hand vehicle as a new vehicle

I have purchased a brand new Nissan Livina X Gear from Nissan Gezina cash and a month and a half later when I asked the manager about the registration papers as I have never heard from them since we have discovered that the vehicle was already registered in the North West province. I did inform Phillip about the situation on numerous occasions but he never returned my calls or gave me a direct answer. After 2 weeks of constant emails to Phillip as I wanted my money back for the second hand vehicle which was sold as a brand new vehicle there are several different stories and his attitude was very rude. They wanted to give me a 2015 vehicle as a replacement with 1800Km on the clock as a \new"vehicle but I insisted on my money back as they have sold the vehicle under false pretences. I will never deal with Nissan Gezina in my life again. Worst service ever! """
