I sold my NP 200 to Nissan Gezina through Phillip Van Vollenstee. I paid the difference between the offer they made and the settlement amount. After I had paid the money into their account and sending the proof of payment, it still took over two weeks before Nissan Gezina could contact my banker and settle my account. By the time they did, I had already paid for April's instalment on the car. This therefore means that my settlement amount on which Nissan settled would have been lower than one which I had sent initially. This also meant that the amount I had paid as a difference was therefore higher by around R3099.<br> <br> I raised this with Phillip Van Vollenstee for three weeks in a row requesting a refund even after I had released the car documents to them. I have been sending emails to which he never responded. I called him at least three times in a week and on the day I got hold of him, he told me he needed my banking details. I sent him the banking details at the same time and till today no money has been refunded to me.<br> <br> I eventually got hold of the dealer principal, Nico Meintjies, who promised to sort this out and once again, I have received no feedback whatsoever.<br> <br> Neo
