Failure to register my vehicle

I bought a used car from this dealership in June/July 2015<br> My registration disk on the vehicle expired 31 Oct 2015. Prior to the expiry of this disk I phoned JP numerous times and sent him watsups to remind him that I still have not recevied my licence disk from them. He once told me it is already done he needs a driver to deliver the number plates and disk. To date I have tried unsuccessfully to get hold of him and he has since blocked me on watsup.<br> I have phoned and mailed the used car sales manager and also no improvement. On 1 November the new legislation became active requesting you to provide a proof of residence with the renewal of your license disk.<br> JP sent me an sms on 10 Nov that I now need to provide him AGAIN with a copy of my ID and because of new legislation proof of residence. I am sorry but I was told the papers have been done it just needs to be delivered, just now to find out they have not even app**** for the new natis documents. <br> The service is really nothing to talk about.
