Worst service ever

a minute agoNEW After given them over week to respond to my mails i now have to revert to social media

Just to inform you i am not a very hapy customer at the moment. I spent over R5000 with you less than 3 weeks ago to have a service and full vechicle inspection to be done, i was told my car is in perfect condition and there is nothing to worry about. To only today (17/05) be travelling and suddenly having a very loud knocking sound start up. I barely made to the local workshop to be told i have hit a bearing and it is going to cost me R18000+ depended on parts to fix. He also said and spoke to Sureen that some pipe was not reconnected and this caused the car to suck air??? I have no idea about mechanics but this is just very strange to me that after my vechicle was serviced to have this happen less than 3 weeks later?

When asked what we going to do forward i was told to get the car to Nissan Estcourt at my own cost and they will quote me to repair it ? I have no idea how i am going to pay this bill now at the local workshop and what i am going to do. But please take note that i will never recomend your service to anyone and anyone that will listen i will tell to steer clear of your dealership
