Deception from the unexpected

The review doesn't even deserve a star. Nissan estcourt has been the worst business I have dealt with in my entire life. People should really take lessons on deception from their manager Ravesh. Honesty does not seem to be a trait of this business.

I'm from Pietermaritzburg but work in polokwane. About a month and a half back I was in Pmb for a 2 week holiday. The intention was to purchase a vehicle and return. Little did I know that I was about to be toyed with.

A 2018 Hyundai i20 was advertised online. I contacted the manager and with help for my dad we made an appointment. The next day we drove from pmb to estcourt which is approximately an hour. Upon arrival the manager showed us the i20 and convinced that the 2019 would be better. Their specs were better and I decided to purchase the vehicle on finance. We agreed upon a price of R 185k with delivery.

Loan was approved and the business had to provide an invoice. A week dragged without the invoice being submitted to the bank. When I did a follow up the manager indicated that his bosses were not happy with the agreed price. However he stated he would still continue with the deal. Finally time came to return to polokwane but no positive feedback from the business. I had to book a bus few hours before returning due to the managers convincing words that I would still get the vehicle. Had the manager mentioned that the deal was not good enough, I would have moved on to purchase another vehicle from another dealer

The outcome of my experience with nissan: *Waste of time and travelling money to their dealership *Lies and deception prevailed from their employees (with a smile) *Lack of honesty *Delivery according to promises hold no value

I doubt I'll ever purchase anything from nissan in my life
