Digusted service nissan edwin swales incomptent and full of lies

I am absolutely appalled with the service i have received from these guys. I placed and order and had paid them for it as well. They have not delivered it nor are they even taking my calls. The agent i dealt with was Ritesh. The most terrible service i received from ducking my calls, no communication been made. I am a business owner and due to them been delayed in sending out my parts that i ordered and paid for already. I am actually incurring more cost, and losing money daily due to their incompetence. How is it that such a big company can take their customers money and fail to deliver. Instead of being honest and transparent. They lie, and duck your calls. This is disgusting.
