No action service department

<p>Phoned three times today just to get a quotation for a service...<br />With the first phonecall around 8:30am the call was diverted to the sesrvice department with no aswer, and eventually the phone was answered but I had to sit and listen to two ladies having a nice little chat while I was waiting to be helped....eventually put the phone down.</p> <p>With the second phonecall later this morning, I eventually got through to the service department and requested the quoation to be emailed to me.</p> <p>It is now 14:45 and I still have not received a quotation, so I phoned again to follow up....STILL NO ANSWER AT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I then asked to speak to the manager, again, no answer.</p> <p>This is ridiculous!</p> <p> </p>
