Full of excuses

<p>I ordered parts from the parts department which I needed urgently. I was told it would take 3 days. It has been over 2 weeks! Every time I call it's not with the agent or he will call me back in 10 mins. Then I have to call back & get an excuse. This is unacceptable! My car's brakes are sounding terrible due to the parts I need& nissan is going to cost me to re-do my brakes again without those part's. Your company should be held liable for my brake problems because you are making no effort for my urgent parts needed.Unacceptable service!</p>
