Charged for seconhand vehicle

<p>We bought a vehicle in 2015 from a car dealer, Nissan.</p> <p>The vehicle had 21km on the meter when we bought it but was sold to us as a new vehicle.</p> <p>We also took out a 4 year maintenance service plan on the vehicle.</p> <p>Should the amount of the maintenance service plan be separate or should it be added to the principal capital which means hire purchase interest would be charged to it as well.</p> <p>Please assist.</p>
