repairs
I've bought a 2012 nissan navara from nissan delmas..I traded in my 2013 st and before hand I informed the salesman that the clutch needed to be replaced.the money for the clutch repairs was loaded to the navara's price..after a week of driving the navara I noticed a noise and reported it to the salesman.i was told to get the bakkie checked out at the closest nissan dealer..I did so and was told that bearings in the gearbox needed to be replaced..the salesman told me they would pay for any repairs needed to be done..after the repairs were done on the st they found other faults that needed to be repaired..now the salesman told me they won't pay for any of the bakkie repairs..is that fair?what happend to the consumer guarantee after purchasing a vehicle?paying over R300 000 for a bakkie that isn't 100% isn't fair to me?
