Arrogant not helpful at at all

I booked my car in for a service with Nissan Bruma, I have been taking my car there for the past 3 years and have always just had good service. This morning when I got to the dealer Brian Moodly greated me with a bit of an attitude and said that I was supposed to bring my car in for the service yesterday, I said it was book for today and he went to get the booking confirmation, he brought it back and showed me that it was for yesterday. Instead of phoning me yesterday to ask where I was they just left it. I then asked if I could book my car in or not and he said no. so I'm disgusted with the poor service that I have received from him.
