Poor service at the service workshop

I am getting a real frustrating and pathetic service from this team. My car is there for a diagnosis for a week and a half, not a single call from them since.

Every-time i call, the service advisor is not available, i have to drive all the way to them everytime.

I don’t recommend this company at all
