When you call to book your car for service they offer transport, but the manager blatantly tells you he doesn't care where you are going you will wait. He had two drivers and only one working coz he uses the other car for personal use.

No people's skills I am very disappointed as this thing is repetitive, why offer something that is. OT available nor convenient for people. No way to speak to customers even rolling your eyes, even tell the customer you don't care what they do they can even complaint at Nissan SA.

I surely will never set foot there and strongly advise no one to use them.
