RESOLVEMENT OF DISPUTE BB NISSAN GEZINA

With regards to the matter of my initial purchase, and complaint on Hello Peter, I was contacted by the Branch Manager, Tiaan, and we and the DP subsequently met yesterday afternoon.

I explained to them the situation and we reached an amicable solution to resolve said matter accordingly.

The matter was dealt with profoundly, of which I express my sincere appreciation to Management in the manner it was solved.

I'm looking forward in receiving my initial ordered vehicle as promised by them.
