Bad food bad service

Absolutely terrible place to order a meal from and bad service to, I order 2 Broad beans roti wroaps 2 quarter tikka meals and a medium size chips on the Mr D app, my order arrives they rather give 2 sugar beans wraps and the curry inside is extremely spicy which did not specify and it has a mixture of broad beans inside, the tikka is tasteless and the chips was ice cold as it was fried early in the morning, I called the store to query the wraps a young lady answers not knowing how to respond on the phone she says she going to find out she leaves the phone aside a whole 5 minutes go by I decide to end the call no one gets back to me, avoid this place if you looking to get good food and good service
