I am writing this to warn others about the highly unprofessional and deceptive service we received from Nisita Prints. We contracted this company to develop our business website. Initially, we paid the requested deposit so they could begin development. The issues started when we requested that the website be launched on our own company server (Axxess). Since that request, the representative has done nothing but "dodge and dive," offering constant excuses instead of progress. To make matters worse, they later requested that we pay the balance in full to finalize the project. Trusting them, we made the full payment. Despite being fully paid, they have still not delivered the website. Every follow-up is met with endless stories, empty promises, and absolutely no action. Nisita Prints has taken our company's money and failed to deliver the agreed-upon service. This feels like outright *****. I strongly advise anyone looking for web development services to avoid Nisita Prints. We demand either the immediate launch of our completed website on our Axxess server or a full refund of our money.

I am writing this as the business partner involved in the website project between my partner and Nisita Prints. I have been directly involved in this process from the start. I personally witnessed the deposit being paid, and later, the full balance being paid in good faith based on Nisita Prints' assurance that the website was nearly complete. Since then, I have sat in on follow-ups and seen the endless string of excuses, broken promises, and outright avoidance—especially after my partner requested that the site be hosted on our own Axxess server. That simple, reasonable request seemed to trigger a complete shutdown in communication and delivery. To be clear: We are fully paid up. No website has been delivered. No launch on our server has happened. No refund has been offered. I am not a disgruntled client making assumptions—I am a first-hand witness to every excuse, every delayed deadline, and every empty promise. This is not a misunderstanding. This is a clear failure to deliver a paid-for service. I fully support my partner's complaint and demand that Nisita Prints either: Immediately launch the completed website on our Axxess server, or Issue a full refund within 7 working days. Failure to do so will result in formal ***** charges being opened, as well as legal action through the Small Claims Court / Magistrates' Court. I strongly advise anyone considering Nisita Prints for web development to demand milestone-based payments and never pay in full upfront—we learned that lesson the hard way.
