2 Shower Screens Shattered and Other Matters

2 shower screens installed in the last 3 months and both shattered in a matter of a week and a half of each other. Installer installed 6mm glass instead of 8mm as recommended by suppliers. Poor workmanship and poor ethics. Terrible after sales service. I hope people see this because he takes no responsibility even after saying his workmanship is guaranteed for 6 months. He also does not provide invoices/receipts for supplies and inflates prices in addition to asking for payments before it is due. In addition, he has to google/research/Chat GPT why a shower screen shatters and when a plumbing COC is required but says he runs a professional business. This business will not be recommended to anyone.
