Bad service by Nisaan hatfield PTA
<p>I took my car for service on the 21 March 2017 and the technician who serviced my car have damaged my car. The car was perfect before I took it for service; all of a sudden the water pipes inside the car are now damaged.</p>
We took the car for service on 21/03/2017 but the technician who serviced the car has no experience and he is incompetence. The car was perfectly fine when we took it for the service .Stefan Venter the technician damaged the car badly which could have caused our lives. The water pipes are damaged and now the top is damaged as well. They took the car yesterday for inspection and no one even bothered to call us and give us an update about the car. This is an unacceptable inconvenience as we needed the car to travel for a long weekend. They are always in a hurry to call people to rate their poor service, forgetting that you can only rate their poor service once the car is tested.
