Nisa Willockx Interiors Horrible customer service

On the 8th of December 2022 I made a purchase of occasional chairs at Nisa Willockx, today it's the 20th of January 2023 and I haven't received my chairs. I have tried to reach them several times with no success. They are so unprofessional and don't reply to their customers.

Their customer service is absolutely disgusting I regret the day I bought furniture from them. If you think of buying something from them please don't. I have informed them to stop misleading customers if the item is sold out, they should inform customers instead of keeping quiet.It is not helping anyone there's money involved here.
