No results for 2023 and 2024

I'm still waiting for 2024 health practitioners results .when I call them they say their board did not release them yet they are still waiting for 2023 results.how did they allow us to register last year knowing that they did not get the results for 2023.i need my money back R29000.i think they didn't register for safety practitioner course.i really need it
