I need my money back please.

On the 13th of May 2019 I registered with Nirvana Training Academy in witbank were they took me to Vereeniging for Training.i registered to do FRONT END LOADER and DUMP TRUCK ,and they said I should pay 50% of the money for both machines and they said is non-refundable ....But when I get there I found that there is no Front End Loader they chased us out off their House where we paid and do nothing for two Weeks and when I request either my money or Certificate they refused to give any of those.

So please help with this because I don't know what to do anymore.
