Nirvana Concepts in JHB

I bought a bed from them in July, all the stitching is pulling loose. I have contact them and promised to come and excange. Since then I can not get hold of them, they are refusing to take my calls or answer my whatsapps. they said i must bring the mattress back and exchange it myself.
