Waste of time / ****!!

Either someone at Nintendo Distributor SA is trying very hard to **** a person or they are a complete joke! App**** for the Nintendo switch on a Vodacom contract, received forms to fill in etc. and sent it all back. Received an email that there is a copayment of R6480.00. Please explain this logic to me??? A brand-new switch on Takealot is R6999. 00..
