Poor service delivery

This is the third time that one of my launch day items has not arrived on time. I enjoy your products, but your delivery company is absolutely terrible. I often receive my packages days or weeks later than intended. Does a reputable company such as Nintendo really want to associate themselves with poor service delivery from Skynet? Come on do better guys. The last time i had to drive to Skynet to fetch my package which is approximately 25km away from me.

Today yet again i did not receive my launch day package on time.
