I purchased the Pokemon Sword DLC on the wrong account by accident, now I can forget about playing the game all together as they refuse to assist me in the matter of transferring it from one user account to another. No clue what their loss is in the matter, the alternative is for me to purchase a second copy of the game to satisfy their needs and not mine.

It would seem like the company is more than satisfied with taking any payment of form and not supply after sales support regarding products.

Their simple answer is to throw their terms and conditions in your face without considering their customers needs or considering what the request is.
