Nintendo Distributor SA - Failure To Deliver

Absolutely pathetic. I've pre-ordered Pokemon Shining Pearl to receive extra bonuses that were part of the deal from Nintendo Distributor South Africa. I have received an e-mail stating that the figurine (pre-order) bonus was delayed due to shipment. They have shipped my game at a very quick rate, hence, the 2 star rating given. However, they fail to communicate and do I knew that once the game is delivered, it will be forever to receive my bonuses. It has now been 3 weeks. I have received an e-mail on the 07th of December 2021, Tuesday, asking me if I received my goods. I rep**** to them 20 minutes later and up until now, as I write this review, 12th December 2021, Sunday, I did not receive any feedback to that e-mail. Please do not support this business and pre-order from them for bonuses because they do not deliver and keep disappointing.
