terrible food and Nino's bedford centre

Our family had lunch at Nino's Bedfordview on the 4 January 2019. After receiving terrible food and complaining to the manger, I sent an email to the Head Office as well as posted a review on the website. I still have not received a follow up call from the restaurant or the head office. Our pizza's were dry and the base was hard and tasteless.The topping merely peeled off the base . The cheese was hard and crispy but not in a good crispy way, which explains just have over baked the pizza's were. The chicken pieces on the pizza was dry and tasteless. The manager agreed that the bases looked terrible but then offered to provide us with new pizza's. After receiving a dry, tasteless pizza the very last thing anyone would want is another pizza. No other suggestion was made by the manager and he hardly looked surprised when we showed him the pizza. Very sad and disappointing and more so that no one has bothered to call us regarding the meal we had.
